Within a limited period of time Shaigan became a name of quality healthcare products in the local pharmaceutical industry extending its export range to Afghanistan, Cambodia, Burma, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

It all started in 1993 with the drug production of solid dosage form only.
In 2001 other types of dosages i.e. ointments and lotions and inject-able dosage in 2005 were launched. Although; Shaigan extended its scope of products through launching various forms of dosages in its product range; however it achieved landmark milestone when it started producing the Lyophilized form of dosage in 2008. This has been a matter of pride for Shaigan to achieve this milestone and became the first among its competitors to produce Lyophilized form of dosage in Pakistan.
