Roles and Responsibilities:
KEY ROLES:
- Conduct field visits & one-on-one coaching, and assess the
- implementation and effectiveness of training.
- Develop high-quality content on Selling & Leadership Skills.
- Deliver highly engaging, interactive, activity-based training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma field force training (5+ preferred).
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and engaging presentation.
- Strong prioritization and self-organization.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
